A 60 minute in-home training session catered to your dogs individual needs.

In-Home Training Session

Individual Session: $115

  • I cater these sessions to your dogs individual needs, but often work through obedience training such as learning recall, loose lead walking, sit and drop stays, as well as minimising undesirable behaviours such as jumping up, chewing, barking etc.

  • Generally I prefer to conduct these sessions with the owner present so I can demonstrate how to continue the training in-between sessions as this will reap the best results possible for your furry friend.

  • If you would prefer to have the training session in a public space such as a park that is more than fine, just let me know during your initial enquiry.

Meet Wanda

This is Wanda, the 2-year-old Cavoodle. When I first spoke to Wanda’s owner on the phone she mentioned that she was having a lot of trouble controlling Wanda’s territorial barking and barking at night when they were out. Wanda was also pulling on the leash, barking noisily as soon as they arrived at the park for the ball and she wouldn’t quiet down until they threw the ball. Wanda also wouldn’t come back when called.

After completing the 4-week package with me, Wanda learnt some great recall both in and out of the home. When she barks at the door her owners can now call her back, she has also learnt place training and is learning to lay and wait on her mat instead of barking. This is also where she is learning to hang out now, rather than under her owners legs whilst they’re eating. We are now able to walk Wanda to and from the park without pulling on the lead and she no longer barks for the ball as we enter the park.

Wanda has actually learnt to sit and wait why the ball is flying through the air and only go and get it once she’s been asked. Wanda was also chasing birds but she is now ignoring the birds and if she does start to run too far her owners are able to call her back straight away.
